Curtis, a journalist with a masters in Sociology, is very careful with his wording, though, and when Mirage Men appears on Hypernormalization he says "those people [who study the UFO phenomenon] *claim* that [something something]". Adam Curtis doesn't spread cuckoo ideas nor makes connections out of the blue: he studies the questions and finds the sources. Incredibly, the New Yorker review of "I cant get you ..." author wrote that "he makes connections out of thin air". I tell the New Yorker writer that the one making connections out of the blue thin air is he himself - Curtis doesn't do that!
